Abstraction

• The number of foreign tourist visits to Indonesia in April 2021 decreased by 19.33 percent compared to the number of visits in April 2020. When compared to the previous month, March 2021, the number of foreign tourist visits in April 2021 also decreased by 2.61 percent.

• Cumulatively (January-April 2021), the number of foreign tourist visits reached 511.44 thousand visits or a sharp decline of 81.78 percent when compared to the number of foreign tourist visits in the same period in 2020 which amounted to 2.81 million visits.< /li>
• Room Occupancy Rate (TPK) for star classification hotels in Indonesia in April 2021 reached an average of 34.63 percent, an increase of 21.96 points compared to the TPK for the same month in 2020 which was recorded at 12.67 percent. When compared to the previous month, March 2021, the TPK in April 2021 decreased by 1.44 points.
• The average length of stay of foreign and Indonesian guests at star-class hotels during April 2021 was recorded at 1.72 days, or a decrease of 0.21 points when compared to April 2020.
