Qantas adds more Adelaide-Whyalla flights

QantasLink has added three return services per week between Adelaide and Whyalla to meet growing demand from business travellers following new investment opportunities taking off in the region.

From 1 April 2019, the additional flights will operate on peak days of week and provide more options for our customers travelling between Adelaide and Whyalla.

The new services will operate on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays on Q300 aircraft, increasing the total return weekly services from 13 to 16 and adding more than 300 seats on the route each week.

Following slight retimes, the first flight out of Adelaide will now leave at 7:40am instead of 8:20am, and the first flight out of Whyalla will depart at 8:50am instead of 9:30am.

QantasLink is currently upgrading the cabins of its turboprop fleet with new ergonomic seat cushioning, leather upholstery and new floor coverings.
