New services via Qantas Agency Connect

Over the last six months, Qantas has invested in improving your service and experience as a Qantas Agent, providing 24/7 access to the information you require to support your customers, saving you time and helping you generate more sales with Qantas.

Our online services, available at Qantas Agency Connect, include Schedule Change, Fare Quotes and Reassessments, Class Upgrade, Cancelled in Error, Name Correction and Suspend Coupon.

In addition, you can view your request numbers, which are provided for any service completed through Qantas Agency Connect, in My requests.

Today, we are excited to announce that the following additional services are available through the Qantas Agency Connect website:

Fare Rule Waiver Form

You will now be able to request a waiver for a missed Ticketing Time Limit or Expired Fare by completing a simple online form.

Name Correction (codeshare and interline)

You can also now make a request to correct names on bookings containing a codeshare or interline flight.

My Agency Profile

Agency managers can now easily keep Agency information up to date through the My Agency Profile. This includes adding and maintaining the details of your Ticket Centre or Consolidator to enable them to perform certain servicing on the Agency's behalf.

Password Reset

Agency managers can now manage passwords by using our refreshed password reset and forgotten password options.

The Qantas Agency Connect Team is there to support you to complete online services for the first time.

How to access Qantas Agency Connect

Your Agency team members can access all the online Qantas Agency Connect services by logging in to the website using their valid IATA or TIDS number and Agency password.

Agency managers are reminded to register their Agency to ensure access to full functionality of Qantas Agency Connect. An Agency password will be required from early 2019.

Coming in 2019

We will be introducing further services and support in 2019, including:

  • A webchat service to support your Agents in navigating Qantas Agency Connect.
  • A new form to submit your Ticket Requests with ease.

Following enhancements to our online servicing model and as part of our overall Agency program, in early March 2019 Qantas will be introducing a fee of up to $60 for select telephone and email services performed by Qantas Agency Connect and Qantas Group Travel teams. Agents will be able to process many services online with no service fee charge. We will be providing further information about these changes to our program early in the new year.
