Mergers: Commission clears the merger of aerospace equipment suppliers Safran and Zodiac

21-Dec-2017 The European Commission has approved unconditionally under the EU Merger Regulation the proposed acquisition of Zodiac Aerospace by Safran, both global suppliers of aerospace equipment. The Commission concluded that the transaction would raise no competition concerns in the relevant markets.
