Iberia’s New Location in London Heathrow Terminal 5

Starting tomorrow, Thursday 9 November, Iberia changes its location in Terminal 5 of Heathrow Airport in London, moving from check-in zone A/B to zone H, where customers will have six counters for Economy Class and two for Business Class.

  • The airline's new check-in counters will be located in zone H.
  • Customers travelling in Business Class and holders of the Iberia Plus Gold, Platinum and Infinita cards will enjoy more direct access to the document control area.

Additionally, by being in the South area of the airport, Iberia's Business Class travellers, as well as holders of Iberia Plus Glod, Platinum and Infinita cards will benefit from better access to the Fast-Track document control area in Zone J and to the "Emerald" and "Galleries" VIP Rooms.
