Temporary Wellington - Kerikeri services

We will be operating a daily non-stop service between Kerikeri and Wellington to help connect Northland to the rest of the country.

The daily service between Kerikeri and Wellington will be using our Q300 turboprop fleet, which is in addition to the daily services currently operating between Auckland and Whangarei.

The service will operate while Auckland is at Alert Level 3 and above, to enable a direct link to Northland from another port.

The flights are available for travel between 13-21 September at this stage. We will look to extend this should Auckland stay in Alert Level 3 or above for longer.

The schedule for the daily flight is outlined below and will be available in your GDS for sales from today:

Departs Arrives Day of the week
Wellington - Kerikeri 10:30 12:10 Daily
Kerikeri - Wellington 13:15 14:55 Daily

Void of reissue now available in Galileo
Effective immediately, agents using Galileo have the option to void an e-ticket reissue transaction for NZ 086 tickets. This option is already available to agents using Sabre or Amadeus.

Void/Non-issue of reissued/exchanged tickets follows the same rules and guidelines as those set out for voiding new issue tickets and places the original ticket back to an open/available status once the reissued ticket has been voided.

After completing a void of a reissue, agents must take action with the original ticket to either revalidate or perform another reissue to ensure the booking has a ticket associated.

For information on how to complete a void of reissue, please refer to your respective GDS booking guides and help services.
