DFW Airport Introduces One-Step Biometric Boarding
DFW International Airport along with its partner Emirates Airlines, has introduced one-step biometric boarding on its daily DFW-DXB flight, eliminating the need for a boarding pass at the departure gate. Customers travelling on EK222 have the option of using the biometrics one-step process where they simply arrive at the gate where a tablet takes their photo, matches it to their passport, and then they are cleared to board the aircraft. One-step biometrics boarding is expected to roll out with more airline partners in the near future.
