CLARIFICATION ON NEWS

TPI - Triunfo Participações e Investimentos S.A, ("Company") (B3:TPIS3), pursuant to CVM Instruction 358/02, as amended, in regard of an article published by UOL with the title ("Grupo negocia a compra da concessão de Viracopos, em SP") clarifies that it received a proposal to sell its stake in Aeroporto Brasil S.A., whose acceptance of the proposal by the Company was linked to the compliance with a certain conditions within a set period, which did not materialize, rendering without effect, without prejudice to any new negotiations with BIA.

The Company will keep its shareholders and the market informed on the development of the matter addressed in this Notice to the Market.
