Application for Variation – New Zealand route

As part of a code share agreement between Qantas Airways Limited (Qantas) and Finnair, it is proposed that Finnair will offer code share services on flights operated by Qantas on the New Zealand route from 31 March 2019.

A copy of the confidential code share agreement between Qantas and Finnair will be provided separately to the Commission.

Variation Sought

Qantas requests a variation to Determination [2014] IASC 102 (as varied) to permit the utilisation of capacity for code share services with Finnair on the New Zealand route. The variation is requested for the duration of the determination.

We would be pleased to provide any further information the Commission may require in considering our request.
