Feb-2018 On February 23, 2018, ALTA's Chief Legal Counsel Gonzalo Yelpo held a meeting with the work team of Uruguay's Ministry of Transport and Public Works in preparation for working days to redefine and promote Uruguay's aeronautical policy and connectivity.
