Air NZ Airnotes: New Zealand Traveller Declaration

The New Zealand Government has made the following updates to the New Zealand Traveller Declaration (NZTD).

• Effective Tuesday 22 August 2023 - ALL New Zealand airports can now process passengers who have completed a digital New Zealand Traveller Declaration (NZTD) instead of a paper arrival card.
• Paper arrival cards will continue to be available and are still accepted for passengers who choose to complete a paper arrival card.
• NZTD aims to digitise Border processes and enable more efficient processing of passengers at the NZ Border.
• All passengers, including children and infants, require their own NZTD (mirroring existing paper arrival cards which are required for every individual)
