Air China notice of extraordinary general meeting

14-Mar-2010 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an extraordinary general meeting (the “EGM”) of Air China Limited (the “Company”) will be held at the Conference Room, Air China Building, 36 Xiaoyun Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing, the PRC at 2:00 p.m. on 29 April 2010 to consider and, if thought fit, to pass the following resolutions. Unless otherwise indicated, capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the announcement dated 12 March 2010 issued by the Company.
