Adria Airways: Signing of Contract of Mandate with Financial Advisor in sale of 91.58% shareholding

20-Mar-2015 On 19 March 2015, the Slovenian Sovereign Holding (hereinafter referred to as: "SSH"), together with Bank Asset Management Company, signed a Contract of Mandate with financial advisor KPMG poslovno svetovanje, d. o. o., for the provision of financial services in the sale of shares of Adria Airways, d.d., held in the ownership of the Republic of Slovenia, Bank Asset Management Company, d.d., and Posebna družba za upravljanje, d. d..
