World Kinect Corporation (previously World Fuel Services) is a leader in the downstream marketing and financing of aviation, marine and ground transportation fuel products and related services. Through its aviation, marine and ground business segments, World Kinect provides fuel and services to commercial and corporate aircraft, petroleum distributors and ships at more than 3,500 locations around the world. The company's aviation fuel is distributed under the Ascent Global Fuel and Phillips 66 Fuel brands.
World Fuel Services completed a name change to World Kinect Corporation and was listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the new WKC ticker symbol, effective 16-Jun-2023.
World Kinect Corporation signed a definitive agreement on 12-Mar-2024 to sell air charter sourcing platform provider Avinode Group and its portfolio of fixed base operator software products to CAMP Systems International for approximately USD200 million in cash. CAMP is a wholly owned subsidiary of Hearst.
