About
Servair is a French passenger services company headquartered in Roissy Charles de Gaulle Cedex. Servair was established as an Air France subsidiary in 1971. Following negotiations with HNA Group, Air France-KLM completed the sale of a 49.99% stake in Servair to gategroup through a bridge facility. Operational control in Servair was transferred to gategroup, effective 01-Jan-2017. following the addition of Servair, gategroup serves to more than 300 airline customers in more than 200 facilities with 39,000 employees.
