Established in 1852, Lagardère Travel Retail (previously Lagardère Services) is the travel retail subsidiary of Lagardère Group SCA. The travel retailer diversifies its operations into three key market segments based on region - Lagardère Travel Retail Asia Pacific (LS Travel Retail ASPAC), Lagardère Travel Retail Europe, the Middle East and Africa (LS Travel Retail EMEA) as well as LS Travel Retail Americas. Lagardère Travel Retail operates in airports across four continents, offering duty-free services, F&B services, concepts stores and media outlets. The global Lagardère Services group also includes duty free and luxury goods specialist, Aelia. Lagardère Travel Retail signed an agreement with Freeman Spogli & Co to acquire a Paradies in Aug-2015. The transaction was finalised in Oct-2015, allowing Lagardère to secure a foothold in the North American market.
Lagardère Travel Retail closed the acquisition of catering company Marché International on 01-Feb-2023.
