About
Gardner Aerospace is a Tier 1 supplier of finished machined and fabricated parts manufactured from hard and soft metals. It also provides kits, sub assemblies and repair services. Headquartered in Derby, the company has five manufacturing sectors in the UK, two in France, another two in Poland and one in India. Gardner operates 10 AS9100, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 certified facilities. It was acquired by Ligeance Investments Ltd, a Hong Kong-based subsidiary of Shaanxi Ligeance Mineral Resources (SLMR), in a deal worth more than GBP300 million in Jun-2017.
