DSV (formerly DSV Panalpina A/S) is a global transport and logistics company based in Copenhagen, Denmark. The group provides logistic solutions of road, rail as well as air and sea services. DSV Panalpina's air and sea division transports more than 280,000 tonnes of air freight p/a.
DSV A/S agreed to acquire Panalpina in a deal by way of a public exchange offer to all Panalpina shareholders. Following completion, DSV will propose to its shareholders to change its name to 'DSV Panalpina A/S'. DSV completed the acquisition of Panalpina on 19-Aug-2019.
DSV Panalpina A/S changed its name to DSV A/S in Aug-2021.
