DART Aerospace is a privately-held aerospace company headquartered in Hawkesbury, ON. The company designs and manufactures market-certified solutions for helicopters and commercial aircraft. With a network of over 700 service centres, DART provides MRO and parts services, including repair and overhaul support for metallic structures, GSE, landing gears, hooks as well as AOG services.
In Mar-2022, TransDigm Group entered a definitive agreement to acquire DART Aerospace for approximately USD360 million in cash. The acquisition is expected to close during 2Q2022.
