The company is a subsidiary of AVIC International Holding Corporation, a state-owned aerospace enterprise under the Chinese Government. Established in 2011, AVIC International Aero-Development develops, manufactures and distributes aircraft components and associated products, including fixed and rotary aircraft distribution, spare parts sales, aircraft management, pilot training, maintenance support, and aircraft financing and leasing. It is a sales agent and distributor of Nextant Jet, Robinson Helicopters and Erickson Aircraft.
