Arlington Capital Partners is a middle market private equity firm headquartered in Chevy Chase, MD. In the aerospace and defense space, the company has invested and acquired controlling stakes in commercial and defense aerospace companies which specialise in precision manufacturing methodologies including castings, brazings, composites, machining and fabrications. Arlington Capital investments include Radius Aerospace, Cadence Aerospace, Endeavor Robotics and Molecular Products.
In May-2021, Arlington Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Triumph Group's composites business. Going forward, the business will operate independently as Qarbon Aerospace.
