Headquartered in Orlando, FL, the company manufactures RF & microwave products, electromagnetic integrated solutions, microelectronics & hybrids, electronics manufacturing services as well as power solutions. The company is subject to a definitive acquisition agreement with an affiliate of private equity firm J. F. Lehman & Company, which specialises in the aerospace, maritime and defense industries. The newly formed affiliate is expected to close the acquisition in 2Q2016.
