Established on 01-Oct-1888, Alcoa Corporation (originally Aluminum Company of America) is a leading global metals producer headquartered in Pittsburgh, USA. Alcoa specialises in the production of titanium, nickel, aluminium and bauxite. The company also engineer and manufacture components for the automotive, aerospace, defence and commercial transportation industries, as well as the building and construction, packaging, and oil and gas markets. 

Alcoa's aerospace division provides multi-material component solutions for virtually all parts of an aircraft—from cockpit window frames, to fuselage skins, engine castings, wing tips and APU exhaust ducts. Alcoa is also responsible for developing more than 90% of all aluminium alloys used in the aerospace industry.
