Originally founded in Apr-2010 as a 50:50 joint venture between Air India Limited and Singapore Airport Terminal Services (SATS Ltd), Air India SATS Airport Services PVT Limited (AISATS) provides ground handling services across airports in India.
India's Ministry of Civil Aviation announced India's Government signed a share purchase agreement with TATA Group on 25-Oct-2021 to acquire a 100% stake in Air India, Air India Express and Air India SATS Airport Services PVT Limited.
