Balneario Barra do Sul Coast International Airport (Catarinense Multimodal Complex-Coast International Airport) is a proposed Brazilian airport development project to be undertaken as part of a Public Private Partnership between the State of Santa Catarina and the private sector. The airport will primarily serve as a cargo hub but will have a passenger terminal. The project is to be situated southwest of the city of Balneario Barra do Sul, in close proximity to existing highway, railway and port infrastructure. It will be funded by private and institutional investors where possible.
