Leonardo SpA (formerly known as Finmeccanica SpA) is a global aerospace and defence company headquartered in Rome, Italy. Leonardo's MRO division serves civil and military markets and has operations in the United States, Poland, the UK and Italy. The company is FAA and EASA approved to provide design, manufacturing, overhaul and maintenance services. Finmeccanica officially renamed the company as Leonardo SpA on 01-Jan-2017. During the transition period in 2016, the company was known as Leonardo-Finmeccanica.
