About
HAECO Engine Services Hong Kong (HAESL) is based in Tseung Kwan O, Hong Kong and was established as an independent MRO provider in 1950. The company is CAAS, EASA, and FAA approved to provide its services in engine, component, airframe and maintenance. HAESL was a joint venture between Rolls Royce, HAECO, and SIA Engineering Company Limited (SIAEC). In 2015, SIAEC agreed to divest its stake in the JV, with Rolls Royce (50%) and HAECO (50%) holding an ownership stake in HAESL.
