Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul

Air India Engineering Services Limited (AIESL) is the maintenance subsidiary of Air India Limited. The company was established in 2013, following Air India Limited's decision to separate the engineering and ground handling services of Air India into two wholly-owned subsidiaries as part of its turnaround plan – AIESL and Air India Transport Services Limited (AITSL). The subsidiary is treated as a separate profit centre, and provides maintenance repair and overhaul (MRO) services for Air India and other carriers.
