AIP Aerospace LLC is the consolidated aerospace entity that represents five US subsidiaries acquired by American Industrial Partners in Nov-2012 - Coast Composites, Global Tooling Systems, Odyssey Industries, and Texstars from Hampson Industries plc. In 2014, AIP Aerospace introduced Ascent Aerospace following the acquisition of Design & Engineering, Integrated Platforms, Brown Aerospace, and Flow Aerospace. Ascent Aerospace consists of the following three groups - The Ascent Tooling Group (representing Coast Composites, Odyssey Industries, and Global Tooling Systems), The Ascent Integration & Automation Group (representing Ascent Integration, Brown Aerospace, and Flow Aerospace) and Ascent Engineering.
