Nordic Aviation Capital filed voluntary petitions under Chapter 11 of the US Bankruptcy Code in the US Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia in Dec-2021.

On 01-Jun-2022, Nordic Aviation Capital announced its exit from Chapter 11 restructuring proceedings, having received confirmation of its restructuring plan from the bankruptcy court on 19-Apr-2022.
