AAR CORP is a leading diversified aerospace company headquartered in Wood Dale, Illinois, United States. AAR provides products and services for customers across the spectrum of aviation industry sectors including OEMs, commercial airlines as well as for the government and defence community.

For OEMs, AAR provides a comprehensive set of design, manufacturing and repair capabilities covering a variety of components for the commercial, business, rotorcraft and military aircraft markets.

For commercial carriers, AAR offers MRO services encompassing aircraft overhaul and modifications, landing gear services, wheel and brake services and component repair. In addition, the MRO division provides parts supply and manufacturing capabilities. The company's Telair and Nordisk subsidiaries manufacture a full line of main- and lower-deck cargo systems and a variety of baggage handling and freight solutions. AAR's leasing unit leases out commercial aircraft to several major airlines.

In the government and defence space, AAR provide similar MRO services, engineering capabilities as it does in the commercial sector. The division is primarily responsible for providing supply chain solutions as well as airlift capabilities for the US' Department of Defence and allies, utilising both fixed and rotary-wing aircraft. The company is the largest airlift provider to the Department of Defence.
