Established in 1984, PT Angkasa Pura II (APII) is a state-owned enterprise under the Indonesian Department of Transport. APII previously operated as a public company until 1992, before the Indonesian Government sanction the company as a state-owned entity. Headquartered in Jakarta, the operator oversees a certain number of airports in Western Indonesia.
