Consorcio Nuevo Pudahuel is the concessionaire of Santiago International Airport, also known as Comodoro Arturo Merino Benítez International Airport. The airport serves Chile's capital and largest city, Santiago de Chile. Nuevo Pudahuel is an operating entity owned by Aéroports de Paris (45%), VINCI Airports (40%) and Astaldi (15%). The Chilean Government awarded Nuevo Pudahuel the concession in Feb-2015, following a competitive tender process. The contract allows Nuevo Pudahuel to operate the airport for a 20-year term, effective 01-Oct-2015.
