Walla Walla Regional Airport is a publicly-owned airport located approximately 5km northeast of Walla Walla, Washington. The airport was opened in 1922 until it was designated as Walla Walla Army Air Base in 1942. The airport operated as an army airfield until 1947, when it was returned for public use. The airport primarily handles general aviation and air taxi aircraft, with scheduled passenger air services from Alaska Airlines.
