Opening in 1943, Terre Haute International Airport is a joint civil/military facility located approximately six kilometres east of the city of Terre Haute, in Vigo County, Indiana. The airport is primarily a general aviation facility and houses a number of fixed base operators (FBOs) as well as maintenance providers on site. The airport is also shared with elements of the Indiana Air National Guard. The facility is owned by the Terre Haute International Airport Authority.
