Rajbiraj Airport serves the city of Rajbiraj, southeast of Nepal. The airport had been abandoned for approximately eight years. Rajbiraj resumed air service operations in 2018, after the Labour and Affiliation International Committee and Ministry for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation implemented a policy to recommence operations at domestic facilities. Operations recommenced in May-2018.
