Matecaña International Airport serves the Colombian city of Pereira, capital of Risaralda Province and centre of the country's coffee-producing region. The city is located 320km west of the capital Bogota, and 200km south of Medellín, while the airport also serves a number of smaller cities in the area including Armenia and Manizales. All major domestic carriers serve Matecaña, with Copa providing the sole international destination.
