Mundha Pande Airport serves the city of Moradabad, in Uttar Pradesh, IndiaUnder an MoU, Uttar Pradesh's Government agreed to transfer ownership rights of four airports (including Moradabad) to Airports Authority of India. Uttar Pradesh sought Airports Authority of India's ability to develop Moradabad into civil airport.

India's Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) awarded an aerodrome licence to Moradabad Mundha Pande Airport, authorising the airport to commence handling scheduled domestic services in Nov-2023. The airport was inaugurated on 10-Mar-2024.
