Laguindingan International Airport was inaugurated by Philippines President Benigno Aquino and began commercial operations on 15-Jun-2013. The airport is three times larger than Cagayan de Oro Lumbia Airport, which it replaces, and can accommodate three wide-bodies simultaneously. The airport features a 7184sqm terminal building and 3000m runway.
