About

Ratmalana Airport serves the capital city of Colombo, Sri Lanka. The airport operated as the only international in the region, before it was replaced by Bandaranaike International Airport in 1967. Ratmalana then operated as a domestic air hub to the city, handling private and commercial services. The airport recommenced international operations in Mar-2017.
