Bismarck Municipal Airport is in Burleigh County, North Dakota, three miles southeast of the City of Bismarck. The first terminal building was constructed in 1936 whilst the first paved runways were constructed in 1940 as a part of a WPA program of airport development. Facilities include a café, free wifi and a North Dakota Aviation Hall of Fame.
