Zhongnan Airlines, also known as Central Southern Airlines, is a placeholder name for a proposed airline to serve the south central region of China. Hunan Province Airport Management Group aims to establish Zhongnan as a local airline to be based at Changsha Airport, with a registered capital of CNY1 billion (USD154 million). Hunan Province plans to expedite the international aviation development in Changsha with the aim of opening international routes to Sydney, Moscow, Dubai and London.
