Vincent Aviation Australia was a regional and charter airline based at Darwin International Airport. The carrier provided regular scheduled passenger transport services throughout Australia, including to Groote Eylandt, Cairns, Brisbane, Narrabri and Sydney. The carrier also provided fly-in fly-out services to the mining industry as well ad-hoc passenger and freight charters. The carrier formed part of the Wellington-based Vincent Aviation Group.

Vincent's Australian operations were suspended on 28-May-2014, with the immediate redundancy of 120 staff. The carrier previously operated a fleet of two Beech 1900Cs, three Beech 1900Ds and two SAAB 340Bs. BDO Business Recovery & Insolvency were appointed as receivers and managers of the airline.
