UTair PJSC is a diversified Russian air services operator, offering scheduled and charter passenger services, aviation education, MRO, engineering, leasing, airports, catering as well as freight services. UTair is one of the largest helicopter operators in Russia, and undertakes commercial as well as United Nation airlift services worldwide. AK-Invest owns a controlling stake in the carrier (50%), after securing 1.37 billion shares for RUB11 billion (EUR141 million) in UTair Aviation. The carrier's primary hub is Moscow Vnukovo International Airport. UTair Aviation is a subsidiary of UTair Group.
