About
Toki Air is a low cost carrier jointly established by Niigata Chamber of Commerce and Niigata Association of Corporate Executives. The companies established a preparatory company in Tokyo in Dec-2019 and the company was formally established in Jul-2020.
Toki Air received its air transport business licence from the Tokyo Civil Aviation Bureau of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism on 31-Mar-2023. Toki Air commenced operations on 31-Jan-2024, with the launch of Niigata-Sapporo Okadama service.
