Tatarstan Airlines was an airline based in Kazan, in the state of Tatarstan in European Russia. The airline was founded in 1993 and served as the regional airline of the Republic of Tatarstan, part of the Russian Federation. The airline provided scheduled services to destinations across Russia and the CIS, operating Boeing 737 and Tupolev 154M aircraft. Rosaviatsiya terminated Tatarstan Airlines' air operator’s certificate in Dec-2013 following the crash of Tatarstan flight U9363 at Kazan on 17-Nov-2013.
