About
Tassili Airlines is an airline based at Houari Boumedienne Airport, Algiers, Algeria. The airline commenced operations in 1998 as a joint venture between Sonatrach Petroleum Corporation and national carrier Air Algerie. in 2005, Sonatrach, which is a government-owned company, acquired 100% of the shareholding. Today, Tassili Airlines' main focus is the provision of air transport services from Algiers to oil, gas and mineral exploration sites in Algeria. The airline also offers scheduled service to Constantine, Oran and Ghardaïa.
