Sunan Ruili Airlines (formerly Ruili Airlines) is a Chinese full service carrier that provides domestic services to destinations across central and northern China. Ruili Airlines' parent company Yunnan Jingcheng Group and Wuxi Transportation Group signed a framework agreement on the equity transfer of Ruili Airlines on 04-Aug-2020, marking the first step in Wuxi Transportation Group’s acquisition of the airline. Wuxi Transportation Group completed its equity acquisition of Ruili Airlines from Yunnan Jingcheng Group in 1Q2021. Ruili Airlines renamed as Sunan Ruili Airlines at an unveiling ceremony on 08-Sep-2021.
