About

Established in 1987, Star Air is a Danish cargo carrier headquartered at Copenhagen Airport. The carrier previously operated passenger and freight services utilising Fokker 27 aircraft. In 1996, Star Air abandoned its passenger services to focus on cargo operations. The company is part of the A.P. Moller-Maersk Group, and specialises in highly reliable cargo lift capacity.

In Apr-2022, AP Moller-Maersk announced the transfer of Star Air activities to Maersk Air Cargo.
