Skyjet Uganda was a privately-owned Ugandan airline based at Entebbe International Airport. The airline was established as a cargo airline in 2003 and commenced passenger services in 2009. Skyjet Uganda operated scheduled service in southern Africa.

On June 30 2009, Skyjet Uganda halted operations due to internal operational issues.
